Transmission Flame Meditation

In 2005, the Ascended Masters shared a special and simple meditation called the Transmission Flame Meditation to use specifically to help offset the earth changes and support her through the changes.

It incorporates use of the breath and the violet flame.  You will need to invoke the presence of certain masters.  It will also greatly assist you in transmuting negative energies. The application of the violet flame is very powerful and effective. 

This meditation is great to do with a group!
