2006 Dispensations

Every year the Great White Brotherhood of Light meets at the Grand Teton Retreat in Wyoming.

The Ascended Masters make recommendations to the Karmic board for the needs of humanity to assist the evolutionary process based on their observations.  The Karmic Board then approves dispensations based on these recommendations.  A dispensation is an act of mercy for the greater good of all.
